SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (May 25, 2004) - Marc I. Asher has joined Sterling Bank in San Antonio as vice president and senior underwriter in the Bank2Business Department.

Asher comes to Sterling Bank with more than 6 years of banking experience, and was previously a relationship manager at Broadway Bank in San Antonio. Asher’s responsibilities at Sterling Bank will include managing and implementing the small-business underwriting department.

Asher holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina.
